Payment & Shipping Guidelines

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering on behalf of an outside terminal, please select "Pick Up at Tulsa Terminal" at checkout. Your order will be shipped to the terminal at no cost to you.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ARE:

  • VISA. MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • PAYROLL DEDUCTION 

By Selecting the PAYROLL DEDUCTION-Melton Employees Only you are allowing GEAR to deduct the total amount of your order from your Melton Employee Paycheck. Billing information must be in the name of the active employee and 30 days employment is required and verified before orders are completed and shipped (this includes rehires - we will go by your NEW start date)​. Orders cannot exceed $200.00 per pay period and will be canceled if employee verification cannot be made and/or the order amount exceeds $200.00.

 SHIPPING METHODS ARE:

  • FEDEX GROUND - 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS
  • FEDEX SMART POST - 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS - THIS METHOD WILL BE DELIVERED BY YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.

Shipping methods are determined by location and chosen by Tracy Schroeder, the manager of the store. 

Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS days to process orders. Please make sure the delivery address is entered correctly as we will not be held responsible for lost or miss delivered items due to an inadequate address.
